The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has announced the 2023 Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athletes. The Siena Heights Women's Volleyball Program had seven student-athletes earn this distinction.
In order to be nominated for the NAIA Scholar-Athlete, an individual must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport, and have attended one full year.

Kadie Carsten (2nd time), senior, nursing major from Ida, Michigan
Rachel Haft (2nd time), junior, criminal justice major, psychology minor from Tecumseh, Michigan
Olivia Norman (2nd time), junior, elementary education major from Lapeer, Michigan
Payton Osborne (2nd time), senior, nursing major from Monroe, Michigan
Claire VanDyke (2nd time), junior, accounting major from Camden, Michigan
Kinsey Wagner (2nd time), senior, nursing major from Clayton, Michigan
