FORT WAYNE, Ind. -- The Siena Heights women's volleyball team fell to Indiana Tech on the road 3-0 on Wednesday night. Karsyn Wolf (Temperance, Mich.) led the Saints defense with 11 digs in the losing effort.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The Saints tied things up at six in the opening set until the Warriors scored eight-straight points to take a 14-6 lead on the way to a 25-15 win and a 1-0 lead.
Indiana Tech jumped out to a 10-3 lead and never looked back to take a 2-0 lead. SHU rallied from a 10-point deficit (18-8) in the third set to bring the score within five points, but the Warriors were able to get the final two points needed to end the match.
TOP SAINTS
• Janel Ruhlman (North Branch, Mich.) led the Saints with six kills and eight digs in the loss.
• Carrigan Gray (Bowling Green, Ohio) registered eight assists, two kills, and six digs.
• Alli Conly (Linden, Mich.) finished with eight digs.
THE OPPOSITION
• Calista Helinski and Olivia Niekamp each led the Warriors with seven kills.
• Madison Park led the Warriors with 15 assists.
• Madeline MacDonald had a match-high 22 digs.
