ADRIAN, Mich. -- The Siena Heights women's soccer team will be celebrated during halftime of Wednesday's women's basketball game at the SHU Fieldhouse. The student-athletes and coaching staff will receive their WHAC championship rings.

The Saints' women's soccer program qualified for the NAIA Tournament for the seventh time in program history after earning a share of the WHAC regular-season championship. SHU entered the WHAC Tournament as the No. 1 seed, thus clinching an automatic bid to the NAIA Tournament Opening Round.

The Saints defeated Trinity Christian, 2-1, in the opening round at Spring Arbor. Two days later, they fell to eventual semifinalist Spring Arbor, 2-1.
