Siena Heights women's basketball sophomore Peyton Banks (Wadsworth, Ohio) was tabbed the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) women's basketball player of the week when the league office announced the awards on Monday afternoon.

Banks recorded back-to-back 30-point games in her career. Her 34 points against Concordia was a career-high for her. Banks was a perfect 5-5 from beyond the arc and 13-18 from the floor in the win over the Cardinals.

This is the fourth WHAC player of the week award, third this season. This is also the fifth WHAC women's basketball player of the week award for the 14th-ranked Saints this year.

Banks will lead Siena Heights on the road against Cornerstone on Wednesday night at 5:30 p.m., EST.
