The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has announced the 2023 Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athletes.  The Siena Heights Men's Cross Country Program had four student-athletes earn this distinction.

In order to be nominated for the NAIA Scholar-Athlete, an individual must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport, and have attended one full year.

Earning the award for the Saints was:

Gabriel Iott (1^st time), sophomore, biology major from Petersburg, Michigan

Tyler Landis (1^st time), junior, business major from Homer, Michigan

Nethanel Leupold (2^nd time), junior, biology major from Madison, Michigan

Jacob Sand (2^nd time), senior, pre-med major from Macomb, Michigan
