HILLSDALE, Mich. -- The Siena Heights men's track and field team gained 67 points for a fourth-place finish at the Hillsdale Wide Track Open.
Brent Rodden was the lone winner for the Saints with a "B" standard time in the 600-meter run with a time of 1:22.48. Rodden was also a member of the 4x400 relay team with Naythan Haslam, Robert Milton, and William Jackson that finished fourth with a season-high time of 3:30.55.
Savion Tyler earned a personal best in the high jump by clearing the bar at 1.89m (6' 2.25") to finish second in the event.
Liam Hartsuff finished third in the 5k with a time of 16:09.63.
Matt Lentine (600-meter, 1:28.54) and Esrom Woldemichael (3k, 9:23.64) each finished fourth in their respective events.
Naythan Haslam finished the 400-meter in 51.24 seconds which was good for fifth place.
Robert Drew recorded two "A" standard marks in the shot put (16.28m [53' 5"]) and the weight throw (17.38m [56' 11.5"]) for fifth in both events.
The men's distance medley relay team of Brent Rodden, Naythan Haslam, Matt Lentine, and Jordan Parkinson in a season-high time of 10:39.19 for a sixth-place finish.
Robert Milton (3rd, triple jump, 12.56m [41' 2.5"]) and Rees Nemeth (6th, pole vault, 4.72m [15' 5.75"] "A" standard) each registered a personal best times in their respective events.
