Siena Heights men's golf senior James Kuenzer was tabbed the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) men's golfer of the week as announced by the league office today. 

Kuenzer led the Saints by winning the Lourdes Invitational this past week with a score of 74 (+2) in the one-day tournament. He finished two strokes ahead of the three student-athletes in second place that included teammate Aaron Bitz.

This is the first WHAC Men's Golf player of the week award of the season for the Saint program and the first of Kuenzer's career.

Kuenzer leads the Saints back into action this Friday, October 4, at the WHAC Jamboree #2 at The Mines Golf Course in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
