WYOMING, Mich. -- The Siena Heights men's golf team traveled to compete in the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Jamboree No. 1 on Friday, hosted by Aquinas. The tournament was held at the par 72, Kaufman Golf Course. 

The Saints shot a team, 329 which was good enough for an eight place finish, two strokes behind Cornerstone who finished with a 327 and seventh place. 

Nick Sanscrainte lead the Saints, carding a 76 and falling into a tie for eighth place overall, with six other golfers. Following Sancrainte was Robert Kowalenko with an 83 and Jimmy Monteith with an 84. Rounding out the SHU scoring was Aaron Bitz, carding an 86. Also playing for the Saints was James Kuenzer finishing with an 89.

Next up, Siena Heights men's golf will head to Southfield, Michigan to compete in the WHAC Jamboree No. 2, hosted by Lawrence Tech on Saturday, Sept. 9.
