UPLAND, Ind. -- The Siena Heights men's basketball team fell to non-conference opponent Taylor, 85-65, in its season opener on Saturday. 

George Kalatzis led the Saints coming off the bench with 19 points, four rebounds, and two blocks while Jonas Tester scored 16 points and tallied four rebounds. 

Also for SHU, Danilo Rajlic added eight points and seven rebounds, with Nate Houston III also active on the glass with six rebounds. 

SHU (0-1) trailed 45-23 at halftime and outscored Taylor 42-40 in the second half. 

The Saints will return to action on Wednesday, Nov. 6, with a 7 p.m. EDT game at Great Lakes Christian.
