SHU eSports Hearthstone Team Selected For Blizzard Broadcast; Overwatch Team Falls in Finals of Tespa Qualifier

ADRIAN, Mich. -- The Siena Heights eSports teams had successful outings this past weekend as the SHU Overwatch team made it to the final 32 of the Tespa Overwatch Varsity Series Qualifier 1. The team fell to the eventual champions of the tournament Central Florida 2-0.

This week, the SHU Hearthstone "Ham Bones" team was selected to be broadcasted on the official Blizzard Hearthstone channel,  https://www.twitch.tv/playhearthstone, this Tuesday night at 10:00 p.m., EST when they face the University of Cincinnati. The last broadcast of the Blizzard channel had 13,000 viewers tune in.

SHU Hearthstone Blue will face Brock University on Tuesday night (10:00 PM) while the Overwatch team will compete in The Overwatch Collegiate Championship Preseason on Saturday starting at 8:00 p.m., EST.
