Siena Heights baseball senior Tristan Roth (Woodville, Ohio) was selected the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) baseball pitcher of the week as announced by the league office on Monday afternoon. 

Roth gave the Saints the first win of the season against Warner (Fla.) during the team's spring training in Lake Wales, Florida. He pitched 7.0 innings on the mound only allowing three hits and struck out seven batters in the 2-0 shutout victory.

This is the first WHAC pitcher of the week award of Roth's collegiate career.

The Saints return to action this Thursday, March 12th as they host Saint Francis (Ind.) for a nine-inning non-conference contest. The game is scheduled for 4:00 P.M., EST.
