LIMA, Ohio – The Siena Heights women's soccer team tied the first Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) game on the road against Northwestern Ohio on Saturday afternoon.

The game remained scoreless through the first 45 minutes of play. However, both defenses were sound, as the Racers only had two shots in the first half while the Saints had one.

UNOH broke the deadlock with a goal in the 68th minute. The Saints responded with a goal during a scramble off a corner in the 70th minute to tie the score at one a piece. Much like the first half, the defenses remained tight as each team only mustered one shot on goal in the final half of play.

Caitlyn Harwood made three saves in goal for Siena Heights in a hard-fought game.

Quote from Coach: "I love the way we played today. We responded when he had to. It was just a great soccer game where both teams played well."
