THE GAME
The 14th-ranked Siena Heights women's soccer team will travel to second-ranked Northwestern Ohio for the Championship match in the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Tournament, on Saturday. Kickoff is set for 2 p.m. at Racer Athletic Complex.
Siena Heights and Northwestern Ohio have met four times since 2013 -- the inagural season for the Racers' women's soccer program. The Saints have a 1-3-0 record against the Racers during that stretch and have been outscored by Northwestern Ohio, 8-3.
SHU and UNOH met last month (Oct. 3) resulting in a 2-1 decision in the Racers' favor.
The Saints are the only team to score on Northwestern Ohio in 2015 WHAC play, and the only team to beat UNOH on its home field (Oct. 9, 2013)
Siena Heights is 17-3-0 overall and finished 8-2-0 in the WHAC. SHU has scored 68 goals on the season so far and has recorded 14 shutouts.
