Men's Soccer Prepares for Saint Francis and Huntington

The Siena Heights men's soccer team is set for travel to Saint Francis (Ind.) on Wednesday and to host Huntington (Ind.) on Saturday.

Game time against USF is set for 5 p.m. on Wednesday, which has changed since the originally scheduled 7 p.m. The Cougars are currently 1-3 in the 2017 season with losses from Judson (Ill.), Missouri Baptist and Lawrence Tech while defeating Shawnee State. Last season, the Saints tied the Cougars 2-2 in double-overtime with goals coming from Luis Miguel Anaya and Rahbar Khan.

On Saturday, SHU (0-3) will host Huntington for a 3 p.m. non-conference contest. Currently, the Foresters are 2-1-2 on the season with victories over IU-East (Ind.) and Lawrence Tech. Siena Heights won the 2016 match over HU with the lone goal of the contest coming from Matt Wilkie.

Next week, the Saints will host Cleary in their final non-conference contest of the season on Wednesday, Sept. 20. Then SHU will open WHAC-play with a home match against Madonna on Saturday, Sept. 23.
