Men's Basketball Continutes WHAC Play Against Rochester and Michigan-Dearborn

THE GAME
The Siena Heights men's basketball team moves back into Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference action with two games against Rochester on Wednesday and Michigan-Dearborn on Saturday. Tipoff is set for 8 p.m. and 3 p.m., respectively. The contest featuring the Saints and the RC Warriors is set as the Annual Hunger Game hosted by SHU.

The visiting Warriors hold a 4-5 record, including a 1-1 WHAC record. Michigan-Dearborn is currently 6-4 overall while holding a 3-1 WHAC slate. The Wolverines will face Northwestern Ohio on Wednesday, prior to facing the Saints on Saturday.

PLAYERS TO WATCH
With 80 points and 50 rebounds is Tony Jackson II to average 13.3 points per game and 8.3 rebounds per game, leading the team. Earning 72 points in the six games so far this season is Nick Randle, averaging 12 points per game. Josh Winowiecki leads the team in shooting percentage with .633, making 19 of his 30 shot attempts.

For Rochester, Justin Nafso leads the team with 135 points in the nine games the Warriors have played this season. With 73 points and a team-leading 40 rebounds is Peter Agba.

Jason Penn leads the Wolverines with 128 points and 66 rebounds in their eight games this season. He's followed by Mafiaion Joyner with 116 points.

Siena Heights will travel to Northwestern Ohio on Wednesday for a 7:30 p.m. WHAC contest. On Saturday, Dec. 9, the Saints travel to Lawrence Tech and continue in WHAC play.
