Austin Krider scored the lone Saint touchdown halfway through the fourth quarter with a 29-yard touchdown reception that tied the game at seven points, but it wasn't enough to overcome the Mideast champion Knights.

The Saints are coming off a bye week after a 28-21 upset loss at Indiana Wesleyan two weeks ago.

Sophomore running back Kaleb Jefferson (Bluffton, Ohio), senior receiver Jerrold King (Eastpointe, Mich.), and senior defensive lineman Andrew Loria (Sterling Heights, Mich.) joined 19 other student-athletes on the NAIA - District 1 team which includes schools from 22 states in the country.
