Women's Cross Country Finishes Second at Home Invitational

ADRIAN, Mich. -- Haley Bell led the Siena Heights women's cross country team with a second place finish as the Saints hosted The Siena Heights Invitational on Friday at Heritage Park.

Bell completed the 6-kilometer race at 24:04.20 as SHU placed second among eight teams with 55 points. Madonna won the meet led by Rose Paoletti who also won the meet as an individual with a race time of 22:35.30.

The Saints will return to action on Friday, Oct. 11, at The Bowling Green Invitational.
