Hildebrandt Leads Women's Cross Country at IWU Invitational

MARION, Ind. -- Brooke Hildebrandt led the Siena Heights women's cross country team with a 68th-place finish as the Saints opened their season at The Indiana Wesleyan Invitational on Friday.

Hildebrandt finished the 6-kilometer race at 25:10, and SHU placed 14th among 20 teams with 355 points. Taylor won the Invitational, led by Jaynie Halterman, who finished first on the overall individual leaderboard, with a race time of 21:58.

The Saints are scheduled to return to competition on Friday, Sept. 20, at The Lansing CC Invitational.
