The Saints broke a 2-all tie in the second set with a 5-1 run and led after that.
In the third, Siena Heights held a 6-5 edge before pulling away with 10 straight points. Benschoter had four helpers in that stretch, Maesch hammered her three aces and Sullivan provided two kills and a block.
SHU, 9-1 in its last 10 matches, will be back in action on Wednesday with a 7:30 p.m. WHAC home contest against Indiana Tech.
