
ADRIAN, Mich. -- The Siena Heights women's volleyball team earned a 3-0 sweep over NCAA Division III opponent Olivet on Friday night at the SHU Fieldhouse. Set scores were 25-22, 25-22, 25-18.
Devyne Eisenhauer had nine kills and 11 digs while Olivia Norman finished with eight kills.
In the assists department, Lyndsey Benschoter led with 20 and Aubrey Bates made 19.
Kate Noe was in on three blocks.
The Saints (14-4) needed comeback efforts in each of the first two sets. Down 20-18 in the first, SHU closed the set with a 7-2 run. Then, training 19-15 in the second, Siena Heights finished with a 10-3 run.
SHU dominated the third set, leading by as many as 11 points. The Saints went on an 8-0 run behind the service of Eisenhauer to pull away.
Siena Heights will be right back in action Saturday with a 2 p.m. WHAC home match against Defiance.
