
SYLVANIA, Ohio -- The Siena Heights women's volleyball team swept a 3-0 contest at WHAC opponent Lourdes on Wednesday. Set scores were 25-10, 25-21, 25-12.
Devyne Eisenhauer had 12 kills and nine digs while Olivia Norman totaled eight kills and three blocks. Aubrey Bates added 24 assists and seven digs for the Saints (13-4, 7-2), who never trailed in any of the three sets.
Melina Hanes added 19 digs, Jessica Holsapple had eight digs and Claire VanDyke served two aces.
The Saints held a 14-7 lead in the first set before pulling away for good with an 8-0 run.
SHU built 5-1 and 6-1 margins during the second and third sets and held the lead both times.
Siena Heights will return to action this weekend with home matches on both Friday and Saturday. The Saints begin with a 7 p.m. non-conference match versus Olivet.
