Siena Heights women's high jumper Emma Valentine was named WHAC Indoor Field Athlete of the Week, as announced by the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference on Monday.

Valentine won the high jump during the Jet's Pizza Invitational at Saginaw Valley with an NAIA automatic-qualifying height of 5 feet, 9 3/4 inches (1.77 meters).

Valentine's winning height was just a quarter-inch lower than her school record 5-10 (1.78m). She is now a two-time WHAC Indoor Field Athlete of the Week honoree in 2024-25.
