Siena Heights women's pole vaulter Margherita Conrad was named WHAC Indoor Field Athlete of the Week, as announced by the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference on Monday.

Conrad won the vault at the Hillsdale Wide Track Classic with an NAIA automatic-qualifying, and season-best height, of 13 feet, 1 1/2 inches (4.00 meters).

Conrad was 2 3/4 inches off the SHU indoor school record set by former teammate Tyler Fugate, who hit 13-4 1/4 (4.07m) at Tiffin in Dec. 2021.
