
Siena Heights sophomore women's soccer player Marissa Young was tabbed the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) women's soccer offensive player of the week by the league office on Monday afternoon.
Young tallied nine shots on goal and two goals on the week as they won against Rochester (4-0) and Indiana Tech (2-0). She had a goal in each of those games.
This is Young's first WHAC player of the week award of her collegiate career and the team's second honor of the season.
Young will lead the Saints against Lawrence Tech on Thursday, March 25th for a WHAC matchup that beings at 7:00 PM.
