Siena Heights seniors women's soccer player Kaleigh Mahaz was tabbed the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) women's soccer defensive player of the week by the league office on Monday afternoon.

Mahaz helped lead the Saints to two wins on the week against Rochester (4-0) and Indiana Tech (2-0) as she was an integral part of the defense. The Saints defense did not allow many shots in the last two games. They held Rochester to only one shot the entirety of the game that went wide. In the game against Indiana Tech, the 11 shot they did allow many were not on the net.
