Siena Heights women's soccer freshman Taylor Mulder along with sophomores Samantha Bartelotti and Emily Burkman were recognized as NAIA All-America honorable mentions, as announced by the governing body on Tuesday.

Mulder, Bartelotti and Burkman were previously named to the All-Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference First Team; Mulder was recognized as WHAC Newcomer of the Year.

In 2015, Mulder started all 21 games, ranking first on the team in goals scored (20), game-winning goals (8), and points (47). She was tied for second in assists with seven.

Bartelotti was key in SHU's success, creating space up front for the dynamic duo--Bartelotti and Mulder. Bartelotti started in 17 matches, competing in 18. She finished the 2015 season with eight goals and seven assists.

Burkman anchored a SHU defense that recorded 13 shutouts and a 0.61 goals-against average, in 2015. She started all 21 games, compiling one goal and one assist.

The Saints finished with a 17-4 overall record and 8-2 conference slate. They lost in the WHAC Tournament final, 2-0, to eventual NAIA Tournament semi-finalist Northwestern Ohio. The WHAC Tournament final was also the only game the Saints did not score a goal in, during the 2015 season.
