
ADRIAN, Mich. -- Megan Mousty scored two goals, including the game-winner, as the Siena Heights women's soccer team claimed a 3-2 victory over Indiana Tech in Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference play on Friday.
Mousty gave the Saints the lead on two different occasions; after her second goal, SHU made the lead stand for good.
Elizabeth Davis scored in the eighth minute with an assist from Paige Frey before Indiana Tech's Tori Singstock evened the score at 1-all in the 22nd.
Mousty's first goal came in the 25th. She received an assist from Mikayla Ferer.
Michelle Dichlian then tied the game at 2-2 in the 45th -- just 10 seconds before halftime.
The game-winner came in the 67th as Mousty connected on a breakaway, getting an assist from Jessica Behnke.
Crystal Wilcoxen was the winning goalkeeper in net, finishing with four saves, while Indiana Tech goalie Bre Wojnarowski stopped eight shots.
The Saints (5-6-1, 1-2-0) will return to action on Wednesday with a 4 p.m. WHAC match at Northwestern Ohio.
