
AUBURN HILLS, Mich. -- The Siena Heights women's lacrosse team cruised to an 18-2 victory over WHAC opponent Rochester Christian on Saturday.
Jenna Allie led the way with eight goals and one assist. Abbey Scott added four goals and three assists while Danielle Turner finished with three goals and one assist.
Maitland Fuentes, Grace Holland and Avah Holland also had goals. Megan Gibbs made two assists and Avery Parks had one assist.
Gibbs also compiled nine groundballs, seven draw controls and four caused turnovers. Fuentes picked up seven GBs and four DCs.
Also in the groundballs department, Grace Holland snagged six, Allie had four, Audrey Scott had four and Ave Pieron grabbed four. Audrey Scott caused two turnovers.
Winning goalie Brooke Burchfield totaled four saves.
The Saints surged into the lead with an 8-1 first quarter and never looked back.
Siena Heights (6-6, 3-2) will play next when it hosts Bethel (Ind.) for a WHAC contest on Wednesday, beginning at 4 p.m.
