BRIGHTON, Mich. – The Siena Heights women's golf team won the Cleary Fall Invitational held at the Oak Pointe Country Club in Brighton, Michigan, with a team score of 361.
The Saints finished two strokes better than second-place Cleary. Madonna placed third with a score of 365. Lourdes placed fourth with a 369, while Aquinas was fifth with a 376. Michigan-Dearborn scored 383 ahead of Cleary with 399. The second Siena Heights team rounded out the team standings with a 431.
Skylar Whitman tied for third with an 87. Megan Paczas tied for eighth with a score of 90, one stroke ahead of Kylee Bratschi, who tied for 11th. Leah LaFleur finished 14th with a score of 93. Isabelle Sparks recorded a 102 to tie for 27th.
Brooke Strand led the second SHU team with a score of 102 to tie for 27th. Chloe Zeolla was 35th with a final tally of 108. Josilyne Schanz placed 36th after shooting a 110. Tying for 37th was Emma Murphy with a 111.
Fall Wrap Up
This is the final tournament for the SHU women's golf team during the fall season. The Saints will return to action in the spring for the second half of the season.
