
DEFIANCE, Ohio -- Sophomore Megan Paczas (St. Clair Shores, Mich.) achieved her first collegiate win as an individual when she registered her score of 79 at The Yellow Jack Military Appreciation Invitational held at Eagle Rock Golf Club in Defiance, Ohio. Paczas' low score helped the Saints win the tournament as a team with a 341.
Bluffton finished second with a 355 while Tiffin was third with 360. Lourdes totaled 369 for fourth in the team standings and Defiance finished the listing with a 415 for fifth.
Bethany Nowak (Britton, Mich.) tied for third individually with a score of 82, and Skylar Whitman (Fort Wayne, Ind.) tied for sixth with an 85. Isabelle Sparks (Flushing, Mich.) finished 21st with a 95 while Chelsea Kovoch (Rockwood, Mich.) rounded out the SHU scoring with a 99 for 26th in the standings.
