
The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has announced the Women's Basketball 2024-25 Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athletes. The Saints had six student-athletes team earn this distinction.
In order to be nominated for the NAIA Scholar-Athlete, an individual must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport, and have attended one full year.
Earning the award for the Saints was:
Megan Gibbs (1st time), sophomore, exercise science major from Perrysburg, Ohio
Hayleigh Jewell (1st time), sophomore, sport management major from Woodburn, Indiana
Victoria Serrano Ortiz (1st time), sophomore, biology major and chemistry minor from Cayey, Puerto Rico
Emma Tooley (3rd time), senior, exercise science major from Holly, Michigan
Ky'Sonna Won (2nd time), senior, biology major from Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands
Josie Zuvers (1st time), sophomore, elementary education major from Morenci, Michigan
