ADRIAN, Mich. -- The Siena Heights women's basketball team claimed a 60-40 victory over cross-town rival Adrian in non-conference action on Tuesday night.

E'Anna Won had nine points and six rebounds while Jakarri Alven also put in nine points for SHU (3-2).

Jillian Gelso scored eight points. Kayla Hinton and Olivia DeLong grabbed six rebouns apiece. DeLong made four blocks.

Siena Heights took a 27-21 lead into halftime before outscoring the visiting Bulldogs (3-2), 20-8, in the third quarter to pull away.

The Saints will return to action this weekend with the SHU Thanksgiving Tournament, which begins Saturday at 4 p.m.
