ADRIAN, Mich. -- Blake Schroeder was an individual winner as the Siena Heights men's indoor track and field team placed second among 13 varsity teams at the Hillsdale Wide Track Classic over the weekend.

Schroeder won the 800-meter run in 1:58.71 while teammate Henry Frederick clocked in at 1:59.39 as Saints finished 1-2 in the event.

Tyler Landis was runner-up in the 5,000 with a time of 16:19.75 while Holden Van Poppel finished second in the 60 hurdles in 8.39 seconds.

In team scoring, the Saints held 95 1/2 points, finishing second only to Findlay (198).
