
BABSON PARK and LAKE WALES, Fla. -- The Siena Heights flag football team played the first two games in program history Monday, falling to Webber International 26-7 and Warner 52-0.
Against Webber, SHU was outscored 26-0 in the first half before outscoring Webber, 7-0, in the final two quarters.
Dez Hall scored the first touchdown in team history in the game against Webber. She pushed across the goal-line on a two-yard run.
From the quarterback spot, Sophia Panico completed 16 of 30 passes for 113 yards. She added five carries for 16 yards.
Kyamora Dunn was a top performer on both sides of the ball with five receptions for 51 yards and 4 1/2 tackles, one sack and one interception.
Kiki Mercado added four receptions for 23 yards and Nina Shegitz made a sack.
