ADRIAN, Mich. -- The Siena Heights dance team placed third of a seven-team field in NAIA Northeast Regional Qualifier, on Saturday, hosted by the Saints.
First, the Saints performed in the preliminary earning a score of 78.5 to sit in second place. In first place with 85.5 after the preliminary round was Aquinas.
The second to last dance performance to go was Siena Heights, finishing with a score of 78 points.
The grand total was 25% of the preliminary score and 75% of the final score. The Saints fell to third place after taking 19.62 points in the preliminary round and 58.5 from the finals earning a grand total of 78.12 points.
SHU awaits their fate to see if they will receive an at-large bid to the NAIA National Competition.
