The following was printed on Jacob Bialik's HOF plaque:
During his golf career at Siena Heights, Bialik became the first Saint golfer to be named to All-Conference & All-District teams in all four years of competition. was the first outstanding golfer to play at Siena Heights. He was named to three All-WHAC teams and was a regional runner-up for medalist honors. After graduating, Bialik continued to excel as an amateur golfer competing in both the Michigan Open and the Michigan Amateur finals.
A plant manager for the Morton Salt Company, Bialik has remained active in athletics as a youth coach for basketball, soccer and baseball in his hometown of Manistee. He is also a member of the Manistee/Mason County YMCA Board of Directors, the Manistee Catholic Central Athletic Association, and he serves as a cabinet member of the Manistee Catholic Central Campaign.
