
587 Siena Heights student athletes earned a 3.11 GPA in the winter semester of 2021.
Leading the way in the classroom was the women's soccer team with a 3.67 GPA, followed by the men's golf team with a 3.54 GPA and the women's bowling team with a 3.52 GPA. Rounding out the top five was the women's cross country team and softball team, each with a 3.50 GPA.
All nine of the women's teams earned a 3.0 GPA or higher with an aggregate GPA of 3.41. The women's lacrosse team had the fifth highest women's GPA with a 3.48 GPA. On the men's side, the baseball team came in with a 3.4 GPA followed by the bowling team with a 3.34 GPA. Rounding out the top five men's teams were the cross country team with a 3.12 GPA and the soccer team with a 3.06 GPA. The aggregate men's GPA was a 2.92.
With the three co-ed sports, the dance team earned a 3.12 GPA followed by the cheer team with a 3.08 GPA, and eSports with a 2.89 GPA.
The 587 student athletes maintain a 3.19 cumulative GPA for their careers. Leading the way by program is the women's soccer program with a 3.67 GPA followed by the women's volleyball program with a 3.61 GPA and the softball program with a 3.55 GPA. The men's golf program tops the men's programs with a 3.50 cumulative GPA followed by the men's bowling program with a 3.40 GPA and the baseball program with a 3.39 GPA. The dance team leads the co-ed sports in cumulative GPA with a 3.43 GPA.
