MARION, Ind. -- Isabelle Uganski led the Siena Heights women's cross country team with a 46th-place finish as the Saints opened their season at the Indiana Wesleyan Twilight Invitational on Friday.

Uganski finished the 6-kilometer race in 24:48 as SHU placed 11th among 14th teams with 295 points. Taylor won the team championship, led by Mollie Gamble, who finished the event in 22:00.

The Saints are scheduled to return to competition on Friday, Sept. 15, at the Lourdes Invitational.
