Three Women's Cross Country Saints Honored By The WHAC

The Wolverine Hoosier Athletic Conference announced the 2018 women's cross country awards on Sunday, November 4th, 2018. Three Saints were honored by the conference.

Casie Nadasky (Freshman, Rochester, Mich.) was honored as the WHAC Newcomer of The Year. Nadasky ran in six meets this season. Her best finish was in 15th place during the WHAC Championships. Her best time ran this season was 18:46.3 at the GRCC cross country invitational. These are Nadasky's first honors in her college career.

Michayla Miller (Junior, Medina, Ohio) was awarded to be on the WHAC Champions of Character Team as well as WHAC All-Academic Team.  Miller ran in six meets this year. She finished best in 42nd place in the WHAC Championships. During the WHAC Championships she also ran her best time on the year of 20:59.6. Miller was honored last season in 2017 as WHAC Champions of Character Team as well.

Emily Gebhardt (Junior, Sand Creek, Mich.) was also honored as a WHAC All-Academic Team member.
