HUNTINGTON, Ind. -- Elaine Johnson and Ashley Russo ran to second and third place, respectively, leading a quintet of Siena Heights runners in the Top 10 as the 24th-ranked Saints women's cross country team won the Huntington Invitational championship on Saturday.

Johnson crossed the line in 19:20 and Russo finished in 19:29 as SHU compiled 26 points to beat out runner-up Marian (Ind.), which had 56.

Lucia Alfaro added a fifth-place finish in 19:34, Kristin Stobinski placed seventh in 19:41 and Lauren McMahon took ninth in 20:08.

Also for SHU, Hannah Shellenbarger was 23rd in 20:41 and Ruth Letherer took 28th in 21:06.

Ann Kuntz of Marian was the top finisher, placing first in 19:11.
