ADRIAN, Mich. – Siena Heights junior setter Aubrey Bates was tabbed the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference women's volleyball setter of the week by the league office on Monday afternoon.
Bates currently sits second in the WHAC with 10.09 assists per match. That same mark ranks 14th nationally. She averaged 12.00 assists per set this week with only six-sets of play. That is higher than the NAIA leading A/S mark of 11.71.
This is the third WHAC setter of the week award for Bates this season and the sixth in her career.
The Saints return to the court on Wednesday, November 2, at Madonna with a match that begins at 7:00 PM.
