ADRIAN, Mich.– The Siena Heights women's volleyball hosted the University of Northwestern Ohio Racers in the SHU Fieldhouse Wednesday night. The match ended with a 3-0 score and a Saints victory, making SHU 15-2 in Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference play and
pushes the win streak to five games.
Devyne Eisenhauer led Siena with 13 kills, two service aces, and nine digs. Olivia Norman boasted 10 kills during the match, while libero Payton Osborne picked up 16 digs. Aubrey Bates earned 35 assists, five aces, and two blocks.
Set one started with an early lead from Siena as the team moved into a rhyme putting down 16 kills in the set. The second saw similar play from SHU as they controlled the flow of play thanks to long service runs and key defensive saves. The Saints put the third set to rest as Siena only put six players on the service line, winning the set 25-9.
