ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The Siena Heights women's volleyball team wrapped up competition at the Concordia Kickoff Classic with a pair of 3-1 victories over Spring Arbor on Sunday. Carly Tillotson and Abby Whitehead were honored on the CUAA Kickoff All-Tournament Team.

In the first match, SHU claimed sets one and two before the Cougars pushed back in set three. The Saints ended the contest with set scores of 25-19, 25-16, 20-25, 25-19.

After re-seeding pitted SHU and SAU against each other in the final round, the Cougars jumped a 1-0 lead before the Saints battled back for a victory with scores of 22-25, 25-18, 25-19, 25-21.

Goshen (Ind.) won the tournament championship with a 4-0 record. The Maple Leafs defeated host Concordia in the championship match. CUAA and Siena Heights went 3-1, Spring Arbor and Lawrence Tech finished 1-3 and Rochester was 0-4.

The Saints will return to action on Wednesday, Sept. 2, when they host 13th-ranked Davenport for a 7 p.m. Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference match.
