GULF SHORES, Ala. -- Day two of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) Outdoor Track and Field National Championships saw one competitor from Siena Heights University. Kierra Rice competed in the first round of the 100-meter hurdles event.

Rice finished with the fourth-fastest time of 14.15 to qualify for the 100-meter hurdles finals that will take place tomorrow (Friday, May 28).

Rice entered the national meet tied for the second-best time in the nation at 14.00. She will be positioned in lane six tomorrow for the finals scheduled to begin at 4:20 p.m., CDT.
