Siena Heights women's track and field senior Marissa Johnson was honored by the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference as the Women's Indoor Field Athlete of the Week, as announced on Monday.

Johnson competed at the Mike Lints Alumni Open hosted by Grand Valley State in the high jump. Shu won the event clearing the bar at 1.66 meters (5 feet, 5 1/4 inches), an automatic-qualifying height.

In the NAIA, Johnson currently holds the No. 1 ranking with a jump from January 13 when she cleared 1.73m (5-8).
