Siena Heights women's track and field member Sheila McKinley was honored as the Wolverine Hoosier Athletic Conference Field Athlete of the Week, as announced by the league on Monday.

McKinley cleared a career-best and automatic-qualifying height of 12 feet, 7.25 inches (3.84 meters) in the pole vault to earn first place at the Aquinas Quad Meet #2, on Friday. She beat the second place performer by 7.25 inches.

Currently, McKinley is ranked second in the NAIA for her vault of 12-7.25.
