Four Women's Soccer Players Honored on CSC Academic All-District Team

The Siena Heights women's soccer team had four players honored on the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team.

The Saints' honorees include Sarah Ammon, Parker Cheney, Caitlyn Harwood and Marissa Young.

Cheney, the WHAC Midfielder of the Year, and Young were recognized on the All-WHAC First Team while Ammon and Harwood garnered Second Team accolades.

The 2022 Academic All-District Men's and Women's Soccer Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America program separately recognizes soccer honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA — for each gender.

Academic All-District honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced later in December. The NAIA CSC Academic All-America® program is partially financially supported through the NAIA national office.
