LAKE WALES, Fla. -- The Siena Heights women's lacrosse team suffered a 16-11 loss to non-conference opponent Warner on Monday.

Jenna Allie led the Saints' scorers with four goals and one assist. She also had nine draw controls and two caused turnovers.

Danielle Turner added three goals, two DCs and two CTs.

Grace Holland, Kallei Brown, Sophia Baugh and Emily Pringle had single goals for SHU (1-1). Pringle made two assists while Baugh had one.

In goal, Lucy Stedam had six saves and four groundballs.

The Saints trailed 10-5 at halftime before closing their deficit to three goals on three separate occasions, but they could not pull any closer.

SHU will return to play on Thursday with a 2 p.m. game at Keiser.
