KANSAS CITY -- The Siena Heights women's lacrosse team was selected as one of the four At-Large selections to the 2022 National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) Women's Lacrosse Championship Bracket. The playoff is at Blue Devil Stadium in Southfield, Michigan, on May 4-7. The Saints get a rematch against Lawrence Tech in the opening round on Wednesday, May 4, at 10:00 a.m.

Siena Heights qualified for the NAIA Championship tournament last year for the inaugural championship bracket. The Saints made an appearance at the NAIA National Invitational in 2018.  

This year's field includes four automatic qualifiers and four at-large bids. The automatic qualifiers were determined by the conference/group tournament winners or the highest-ranked team in the conference/group, depending on the league. A selection committee chose the remaining at-large bids.

The NAIA Network – the association's official video-streaming home – will broadcast all matches, excluding the semifinals and championship matches, live at the 2022 NAIA Women's Lacrosse National Championship. The video platform, powered by Stretch Internet, allows users access to live video, statistics, and social interaction on a number of devices, including mobile.
