DANVILLE, Ky. -- The Siena Heights women's lacrosse team dropped a 17-2 decision to Centre (Ky.), on Monday.

The Saints (0-1) finished the first half trailing 10-1, the lone goal coming from Sabrina Snow.

Alysa Grove added the second goal, assisted by Snow, in the 36th minute.

For Centre, Jacqueline Anderson and Colleen Jackson both added three goals. Four Colonels added two goals a piece while three payers added solo goals.

Tabitha Ferguson stopped 10 shots for SHU while Natalie Marek made eight saves for the Colonels (4-1).

Siena Heights was outshot by Centre, 31-11.

The Saints will be back in action when they take on Missouri Baptist on Thursday at 4 p.m. CST (5 p.m. EST).
